Based in the Isle of Wight Distillery, you’ll learn all about the history and distillation process of the nature-inspired spirits on your tasting board. Your tasting board will feature a range of 10ml spirits such as Mermaid Zest Gin, Mermaid Salt Vodka, HMS Victory Rum, and the full collection of island spirits. You’ll also be introduced to spirits that were specially crafted with a hint of sea air from wild-rock foraged samphire locally known as ‘mermaid’s kiss’.
