70cl / 46% - A lightly peated single malt from the Isle Of Harris distillery made with a mixture of first-fill ex-oloroso and first-fill ex-bourbon casks, which are then married for 12 weeks to ensure the harmony of the bottling. Pale toffee and sweet almond on the nose are joined by bright fruit and floral notes. The palate is richer, with caramel and warm spice balanced by a characteristic dryness, before a long, creamy finish, all interwoven with light Hebridean smoke.
