The solvent-based formula delivers protection against UV rays, water ingress, blue stain, and mould in a single product. Two to three coats, applied by brush, dipping, or airless spray, are all that is needed for a lasting result. Broad Compatibility with Exterior Woodwork: This product is suitable for all outdoor wooden elements, including cladding, doors, windows, shutters, and eaves, across both softwood and hardwood species. Softwood substrates should have a maximum moisture content of 15%; hardwood should not exceed 12%. Bare softwood must be primed with Bondex Preserve before application. Practical Coverage and Drying Times: Each litre covers 10 to 15 square metres, making this 2.5L can sufficient for a substantial exterior project or a full ret of garden timber features. The finish is touch dry within 4 to 6 hours, and recoatable after 16 hours at 23°C and 60% relative humidity. Do not apply in temperatures below 5°C or at relative humidity above 80%.
