70cl / 61.5% - Part of a very limited one-off 12 bottle series from Mossburn, The Quadrilogy is named from the chariot that Carausius, self-proclaimed Emperor of the North, is meant to have ridden in. A blend of four different single grain whiskies, each one from a different decade, distillery and cask. A rich, oily nose with creamy toffee and peach notes leads to a palate that builds from there with honey, nuts and apricot.
