P. (Casa Pavon) solera system. Some of the casks in the solera date to the early 1900s and this sherry has an average age of over 25 years when bottled. The nose offers rich and complex aromas of dried figs, walnuts and hazelnuts, followed on the full-bodied palate by dry and tangy notes of spices, vanilla and more dried fruit, with a long, sophisticated finish.
